Incoplan is intensely aware of the need to listen to its clients and is happy to provide made-to-measure solutions, from small tunnels to large driers. The system of organization and production is orientated towards the management of customized job orders, whilst the design division, adopting a 3D CAD system, is capable of providing a realistic view of the system and subsequent extensions through the use of variable simulations in real time. Incoplan carries out strict pre-testing of power boards and management software, operations which then guarantee the subsequent optimal functioning of the drying cycles under safety conditions.
 
Incoplan manages the assembly of its driers directly, a strategic stage in the assembly process and one which guarantees perfect functioning of the system and allows for the provision of guidelines for use.
The construction site experience of Incoplan technicians, who have experience in assembling drier cells in five continents, has provided the company with a wealth of know-how which is used in perfecting and developing the system.
The upper part of the system (trusses, heat exchangers and fans) is assembled on the ground, which undoubtedly makes the process easier, quicker and safer for operators. The system is then hoisted up by crane and positioned on the load-bearing columns.
In terms of time-saving, this method allows for a saving in the region of 30%, leading to a competitive advantage which benefits both the manufacturer and the client, whilst the simplification of the entire operation carried out during this phase means that subsequent management, interventions and maintenance carried out by the user are also simplified.
The system is then started up, and a test run is carried out, followed by the issuing of all necessary paperwork.
