INCOPLAN proposes a wide range of plants in order to satisfy all the diversified demands from sawmills and producers of timber for construction, for wood-industries and for packaging. INCOPLAN production can be subdivide in six product’s line

Wood dryers - TOPLINE
Conventional drying kiln with high performance, capacity from 20 to 300 cubic meters and frontal or tunnel loading. Especially right for the drying of hardwood, softwood and tropical wood species, the TopLine kilns enable to program the final moisture percentages in an optimal way according to the further processing and applications. They are compatible with a new system module that induces an energy saving till a 50%.

Heat Treatment kilns - PALLET LINE
Kilns for heat treatment of pallet and wood materials for packaging according to ISPM-15 FAO rule. Incoplan proposes an integrated system for the management of HT treatment and drying combined-process that implies a value-added for treated packaging.

Steaming chambers - STEAM LINE
Kilns for steaming wood. The range includes chambers with direct and indirect steam supply, it depends on wood species; each plant assure to the first matter the desired colouring, the uniformity and the reduction of the internal tensions.

Condensation kilns - ECOLINE
High-performance industrial dehumidifier that act in accordance with the principle of the condensation by heat pump. A necessary solution in the settlements based on the electrical consumption because without other energy sources such as hot water and steam. The kiln absorbs a moderate quantity of energy, creates a soft and progressive drying, adapted particularly to hardwood and clear essences.

Mini timber drying kilns - DRY LINE
Plants with moderate sizes that can be equipped with fittings for conventional drying, heat treatment of pallet and condensation drying. Standard models till 20 cubic meter of wood. Automatic electronic regulation. Assembly and start-up in only one day.

SPECIAL LINE
The research applied to the drying and to the kilns performance, implies the total knowledge that allows Incoplan to plan and realize soundproofing coverings, prefabricated structures, climatic kilns for several uses, doors and covering panels. The company is also daily occupied in carpentry and aluminium working.
