The structural components of the cells

The individual elements which go into making the Modular 3000 integrated system, namely load-bearing columns, cross-beams and trusses, are all in aluminium alloy, a metal displaying a high degree of resistance to corrosion, and are modular. The profiles, designed in such a way so as to optimize the construction and assembly process and guarantee absolute mechanical resistance, are produced in extruded aluminium alloy to an exclusive Incoplan design. The trusses of the structural elements, produced using just two base modules; module 2400 and module 3000, allow for a perfect balance between the weight of aluminium used and the stresses of the system. The versatility of the system allows for 4,050 different customized models.



Watertightness is guaranteed through the use of rubber washers (in EPDM or silicone-based), which are especially resistant to acids, aging, high temperatures and mechanical stress.

The loading of woodpiles may be front or sideways on runner-mounted trolleys, and the closing doors are available with hinged doors, sliding doors or single-unit sliding doors with suspended sliding rails, balanced by means of a hydraulic trolley. Upon request, the shutters can be fitted with original soundproofing systems in order to reduce noise emission.
