Remote controlled drying process

The Classe Modular 3000 driers are controlled using the KDM integrated system, comprising:

1. KDM - Kiln Drier Manager, on-board programming and control unit which governs the drying cycles, monitoring and recording all events;

2. easy@full.control, exclusive software used for the integrated and remote management of the drying cycle: it allows for the management of a multiple drier system in “cell edge” mode, also with the optional use of a PC up to one kilometre away and via the Web;

3. a probe system to reveal the temperature and humidity of wood and air;

4. a power board, pre-tested in-house, which ensures the speed and flexibility of assembly and its functioning under safety conditions. The system is situated within a controls room, customized for every project so as to ensure the constant functioning of the control system.
